Thanks guys for checking, and the info on the above link was informative.
It answers my question, as to style or region the bit was intended.
Plus it doesn't seem like it's a antique or something special, so I am going to plan to get a nice hickory handle for it and use it.

I do know that it did come from the Puget Sound area, and was used by a logger in the 1920's and 30's.

So it's just another quality tool to add to my collection, just that this one has a little history to it.
