Yeah its nice to know someone from the inside, id always make sure though anything electronic i get checked, bought a paper shredder new in the box and it only worked in reverse, and the other one that was in the box at the store didnt work ata ll, but the one that was out of box and had been an older one did work. lol but they just got a 52 inch tv from a store for 799.99 and with my feoncies discount it be like 599.... Ohhh so tempting lol
