I got 2.5in McGaughys drop spindles on my truck with 15x6.5(4.25in bs) van rallys, the amount of trimming I did on the lower leading edge of the lower control arms is so minimal it isn't even noticeable. If you have a true 15x7 rallys they should have 3.75in back space, I doubt it would require much trimming or maybe not at all.
