Could someone get a quick measurement for me, please?

I need to redrill the holes for the outer seat belt mounts (the retractable ones), as the metal around them was rusted. We cut it out and welded in new metal. Unfortunately, we neglected to mark the holes. . . .

Could someone measure the position of those holes in relation to the back of the cab and the wire gutter behind the rocker or the seat bolt holes?

about 1.5" in from the door opening seal lip.
and forward from the rear of the cab about 6.75"
