Re: Matchbox Chevy Stepside Pickup
I have 2 versions of it. One is gray with black and orange stripes on the side. The other is blue with a white roof and white stripes on the side. It is a Lesney Edition that comes with a "match box" in the blister with the truck. I have also seen another version in a 5-pack, but haven't picked that one up.

Re: Matchbox Chevy Stepside Pickup
I like that one. I have the green & white one,I think it;s the first. I like how it's close to factory looking. I'd like to grab more variations as well as customize some. He'smy 4wd version:

Re: Matchbox Chevy Stepside Pickup
That blue one reminds me of that factor paint job back then.

Re: Matchbox Chevy Stepside Pickup
I scored 2 different versions of this truck today. This morning I was at Wal-Mart and found the yellow one. They had 2 of them hanging on the pegs, so I grabbed them both so I could bust one open. This evening I was at Target and found the blue one, but they only had the one, so I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for a second.

Re: Matchbox Chevy Stepside Pickup
Dang...I didn't know there were so many. I've seen the Diego one, but didn't want to buy the whole set to get it.

Here's some of the GMC Wreckers; they're Matchbox also.

Somewhere stored away, I have the original version of that wrecker that I played with as a kid.
