hey buddy.i went with a 32" ididit and wish i would of got a 30" or maybe a 28".it all depends on header clearance on the joints and where you want the wheel.you might want to mock up the motor and tranny with headers on then get the column.i used s-10 conversion headers and they worked great.good luck.are you going to run a small block?

i should have just about everything i need for this project except rear end. I need to pull out the old one fit the wheels under the rear fenders and lower the body over them then measure. what should i use camaro, nova, chevelle? rear wheels are super deep? pic is of my wheel on a buddies truck 57

i can get a polished stainless tilt ( flaming river ) here locally for $580 in stock but its 33". everything i look up says 30" floor shift.
