6 lug to 5 lug AXLE SWAP
Looks like I am going this route vs drillin the existing axles..........Can the MOSER axles be swapped right in without setting carrier clearances etc.....? I am sure this has been answered before, I just cant find a POST related to it.

Yes, they are just a c-clip axle and it does not affect any clearances.

Just did this a few weeks back, let me tell you. It took longer for the rev to dry on the diff cover than it room to swap out the axels, bearings and seals.
In my build thread there is pictures of my son doing the swap. It was one of the easiest things to change in the drivetrain so far Scott Posted via Mobile Device

We have the 5 lug axels instock to convert your 6 lug over to a 5 lug.We have some great prices.These are for 12 bolt rear ends
