Re: SLIME Tire Sealant
No harm meant. As Liz said Im blunt and state opinions freely. Just curious now about what in that bottle of slime turned into the fabric looking mess that you have.
Mr pops what the hell is in your yard that you put 8 holes in a mower tire?? lol. Nail factory? I dont think I have put 8 plugs total in a vehicle since I have been driving. You must have some real harsh grass lol No playing in your yard.

Re: SLIME Tire Sealant
I mow around and under a bunch of parts trucks that are in various stages of being dismantled, also I tore down a few old sheds last year and there was a bajillion nails on the ground that I keep finding with a rake and magnet roller.. and my tires.. lol

Re: SLIME Tire Sealant
No problems. Were good. ...... I all ready through the bottle away so I can’t look at the label to see if it says what type material it is. Just guessing, I’m thinking its in there for structural support. Kind of like short/long strand fiberglass.

Re: SLIME Tire Sealant
That's what it's for Mike, It's paper/cardboard fibers to help keep the sealer stuck to the inside of tire. Yes this stuff does promote moister/condensation inside of the tire which causes the rim to rust, It's one of the trade off's of not having flat tires all the time. We buy it in 5 gal buckets for mower tires but I'd never put it in a ATV/automotive tire because of higher speed balance issues, Oh.... Like the mess you had to deal with, I charge extra for dealing with it during tire replacements.....
