Fender Model Year

Can anybody tell what year truck this fender came from? I need one that will fit a '72. Yes? No?

Thanks for your help.

Izatta 68? I'm not near my parts, but it looks like it is from a '68. Will fit a '67, too.

Re: Fender Model Year

It's a 68 Chevy or 68-72 GMC It's going to be different than your 72 Chevy fender. The fender would fit on the truck, the problem you will have is the grille surround will not fit the 'nose' of that fender. 69+ Chevy fenders had an extra little recessed area around the front edge where the grille shell sits.

Nice fender though... you should buy it and sell it on the parts section. 68 fenders with a good cup, especially the pass side will bring big $$.

Re: Fender Model Year

Here's a 69+ fender. this is what you'll want to look for. If you have the 71-72 grille shell, you'll want this extra ridge on the front fenders.
