Transmission cross members?
Looking for an aftermarket transmission cross member for my current build. I'm heading out the door and will have time to search the forum later, however a quick few referrals would make this process quicker.
Putting in an LS series and either 700R4,4L60 and or 4L80, Any recommendations?

Re: Transmission cross members?
I bought a tubular from classic parts of america and it worked great for my application, but I think you need to post this in the correct area of this forum and not in the build section.

Re: Transmission cross members?
There are a bunch of different companies that make automatic transmission crossmembers.
1) CPP under ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION MOUNTS section, part #cp9427 $79.00 2) ECE has several products for your 700R4 conversion including the cross member-part #912-6372ATXPC $89.00, Overdrive Transmission conversion kit-part #912-700R4 $299.00. 3)GMC Pauls Automatic Transmission Crossmember available in raw steel if so desired, part #653253 $70.00 There are more but these should get you started. Happy trucking! |
