Would you buy this truck?

After I get some replies, I'll post the cost....let me know what you would give for it.

I want it just as a fun drive around town, maybe drop it 3"-4"....

If it ran well, was cheap and I had no restoration plans for it. Looks like quite a bit of rust.

I think I can get it for that.....quoted as a "good running truck".....I know, I know
