last suspension question (i hope)

Does your lower A ARM sit off-centered from the crossmember?
When I aligned the hole on the shaft with the pun in the A ARM shaft saddle, the shaft looks off-centered. Is this correct? I've searched every pic I had on hand, every rebuild magazine, book, and searched the net but cant get a side profile view that proves I am correct.
With no sample to look off of I have to turn to my last source, you guys!
Thanks for your patience and help.
Your input is very much appreciated.

Re: last suspension question (i hope)

If the hole in the cross shaft is lined up with the "pin" in the front u-bolt saddle,... it is correct.
