I am going to spend the money to buy a full belltech system. But the thing with this kit comes drops shocks. But my question is that if I use the drop shocks for the back do I have to buy shock extenders?

No, you won't need shock extenders with drop shocks.

I would run shock extenders like insidious86 says also you have to grind the lower shock nut on driver side to get it on.It sits right on top of the plate were your u bolts run through.

Mine run with two and are fine. You can also weld them which is my suggestion

Here is a pic of what i ran into.Another thing is running 15" rallies you will have to grind the lower control arm.This is a 5/6 bell tech drop.

ok well thats what im going with is a 4.5/6 bell tech kit. But what part is needing or suggested to be welded to the axle?

also I dont if my wheels are considered to be rallies but the are deffinately 15's

Would suggest welding the shock extenders. But mine are held in with two bolts and hold fine. And I beet the crap out of my truck daily

I have run drop shocks on all my lowered squares, never had an issue. Plus, the shocks bolt right up, no need to deal with the hassle of extenders.

Thats what I was thinking about instead of the hassle.
