Re: Custom Grille/ Front end
so far the bottom piece that will connect the two headlight surrounds, I'm going to use the top portion of the front bed panel. I replaced my factory one that was all dented up with a smooth one so it's just laying around the garage. it has a nice curvature, will cut to size and weld it straight across. I'm then going to get fresh sheet metal and make the curved pieces and blend it to the headlights and the cross section. working on new brackets to mount the grille now

Re: Custom Grille/ Front end
after making the buckets, I made brackets that made it bolt into the factory grille mounting holes. I went away from my original ideas a little. I used the top portion of the front bed panel and when I held it up I noticed it had a similar bull nose that matches the grille support. I pie cut the center of the piece and welded it into a v shape then welded it in between. I will try and get better pics when I get the truck out of the garage. The truck has a lot behind it right now so can't get a good shot, but am moving soon so I'll get it.
I'm not sure if I'll do anything else, I don't like the original idea anymore of having the curved piece so I think I'm just going to leave it as is. If anything maybe some billet behind it either mesh or bars

Re: Custom Grille/ Front end
I'm also going to close in the grille support to just leave an opening for the radiator so you don't see as much crap behind the grille
