Where to get Spicer ball joints?
For a '81 K20, 10 bolt GM Corp. Front axle
I havent been able to find who sell Spicer ball joints on line or what ever so I can order them myself and have them shipped to my house. Rock Auto doesnt list spicer either I know a couple 4x4 shops that can get spicer parts. Who do there get them from? I can get them from a shop but I want to check the priceing $$ if I order them myself without a middle man Ive had Moog, but they wear out faster. Spicer joints are beter and will last longer |

Re: Where to get Spicer ball joints?
Saturn surplus has them. They are in a GM box, but they are Spicer. Under the CUCV icon, Blazer.
The Spicer ball joints dont have a grease fitting, so if you do water crossings, they wont last as long. I have the best luck with the heavy duty NAPA ball joints. They are gold anodized, with a blue boot, and have removable grease fittings so they dont get broken off. I grease them after 4 wheeling to force out any water.
