Okay so what do you guys think of this bed for a work truck?

Good I talked to the guy and he said if he doesn't sell the truck by Monday he'll sell the bed to me for $10. My biggest thing is the bed floor.

Well it has most of its sides so it should do just fine for work, and for $10 I dont think you could ask for more. Id grab it up asap.

That's exactly what I though as soon as he told me that. I was expecting him to say like $300 for it, but he said $10 if I remove it.

No the guy traded the truck a couple of days later. I think I'm going to wait until next summer to hunt down all the metal I need for my truck.

haha i know that feeling... i have had mine for 2 years still looks more or less the same.. finally got a mig welder at least just need money for all the patch panels. Sucks don't it?

Oh yeah, my bed is beyond repair, cab is doable, and the front end is actually solid and all good.

I'm at the point where I'm just going to make my own wood flatbed when "a hope and a prayer" run out on keeping the current bed from falling on the street.

Yeah, my truck is a lot more solid then yours it doesnt look to bad here.. but behind the wheels on both sides needs new metal and the wheel wells... and cab corners.. floor is solid though i mean its all do able i just need money
