Been working on my paint
Did not realize how much work goes into cutting and buffing after you paint one. I recently did some repainting on my truck and been helping my friend who owns a restoration shop cut and buff the truck. I give props to you guys who paint for a living. Tough work. Anyway here is two pics of work in progress. I must say i think it's looking better.

I wish everyone new how much work it is, then they wouldn't complain so much about what it cost. Plus the trucks looking real good

Re: Been working on my paint
But its purple..... no actually I like purple and who knows, if I found a special paint Longhorn it might just end up purple/white two-tone and parchment. You are right though it is a lot of work and it needs to be done by someone who cares beyond "its a check".

Re: Been working on my paint
painting i thought was the fun part...if your gun works right....its the body work and sanding that ate my sack lunch.....i think i would do it again, after all i got the first complete paint job under my belt...but it does take a lot of cash to have it done....and i do like your trucks color, its going to look good...
