Re: Art Morrison is doing an AD

I went to the website. Looks like it will be a nice ride. I wonder what kind of wheels those are? I couldn't tell what size the tire said it was. 16" or 18".

The Chassis are art, no pun intended they are bad ass. I have used them on customer corvette's and that are far more rigid and well designed over the competition. All the welds are amazing. Prepare to dig deep though cause they are $$$$$.

That is one stout looking chassis. One nice truck too both before and after.

Those are what's known as artillery wheels. They came stock on some Chevys in 16" and maybe 17".

Oh, stupid me, you're asking about the new wheels. Can't help you there.

Re: Art Morrison is doing an AD

The wheels in the photos of the truck are artillery wheels but the wheels in the drawing and in some of the photos look to be 18 by maybe 10 wide. Smoothie wheel that takes a stock GM (year unknown) small cap.
You can get a good look at them in the photo in this link.http://www.artmorrison.com/gallery/m...2_itemId=24614
photo #24 in Morrison's album on the truck's build.

Everyone here knows that I'm not a big wheel fan but those wheels become part of the truck and don't overpower it to look like a wheel advertisement with the truck serving as a background filler.
That Morrison bunch drives what they build so that truck will probably get seen around the PNW and maybe further when it's done.
