The front diff/driveshaft and cast iron 205 case adds some weight over a 2WD model, but getting it under 3500 will be a chore. I'd like to hear how that goes for you, please keep us updated. My 82 Jeep Scrambler which isn't much sheetmetal even though it's longer than a regular CJ, full soft top, half doors with soft side windows, bucket front seats and a rear seat added, no carpet in the back (just bedlined), aluminum wheels with 32" tires, a 350 LT1 swap with a 4L60E, and even that scaled exactly 3500 lbs. without a driver. And that's really not alot of vehicle, pretty bare bones really with just a heater. |
