I have replace all parts on my hydraulic clutch system, and it is still losing pressure when engaged I point the problem at the hose between the resivour I first used fuel line and it ate it. Then I used some hose for snowmobiles it also sweated the fluid.

Does anyone know any hose that would not sweat the fluid?

just use a small trans line or old brake line. a little silicon at the bottom will help it seal better. just try to find a small line thats all.

To my knowledge the clutch fluid is DOT 3 brake fluid...how about brake line/hose for not sweating fluid?

that is exactly what i meant to say. they do work off dot 3. sumtimes they can be a real pain in the butt to bleed to to things like this. best thing is to take it out bleed it by hand and put it back

You're lucky the fuel lines you used didn't burst with the pressure. You need to replace that line with a real hydraulic clutch hose. It's a complete assembly of the hose crimped to the metal lines. Stock 1985-1991 squares use Dorman #H38559.

I've bought clutch masters and slaves that were "rebuilt" and sucking air.

So don't rule out your new parts.
The bleeder is not at the highest point on the slave with it bolted in place. You'll need to bleed the slave cylinder before you bolt it onto the bellhousing. It's not easy to get all the air out either...
