That would be a very small (restricted) opening for the unleaded fuel nozzles. Back in the day we would take a hammer/chisel and knock those out of certain vehicles so we could still pump leaded fuel in (when it was available)

Since I'm stuck in the vintage era, I couldn't bear to give up my large opening leaded filler necks on my 79
