Huge Thanx to Blazerman!!
Well I certainly do love this forum community, the wealth of knowledge and experience is exceptional. It has been an invaluable asset several times for myself and I have also tried my best to pay it forward and share some of my 30 years of wrenching knowledge.
But... a new one for me. I just restored a 1979 CC 4x4 dually, it is 99% complete and I couldn't be more happy with the results. That said I converted it to a 4l80e/np205 combo and the transfer shifter knob was beat, I could not find one anywhere, so to the ol' forums I go. Blazerman replied that he had one, sent me a pic and we worked out a deal. He sent it from the US to Canada and it worked out perfectly. People who love these trucks working together across borders is another wonder of these forums. A big shout out and thanx to you Blazerman for getting that last little piece to me! Here is the new and old Just in time for our Canadian winter, my wife would have NEVER found the 4WD!

Re: Huge Thanx to Blazerman!!
I think he was the first person I bought anything from here. I guess that's a good thing?

Re: Huge Thanx to Blazerman!!
Thanks guys! Glad I could help you Kevin, sometimes it's that last small piece that brings a truck together.
Lots of great guys on this board and more than a few on here have went out of there way in helping me get that hard to find part. Posted via Mobile Device
