CA WANTED: 2 15x7 Steel Wheels - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I'm trying to match this wheel. The center and the vents need to be the exact same. These were ran on Chevy trucks from '71 for about 10 years or so.

Please send me a PM and let me know what you have. I need a pair of 15x7" with clean outside lips, no rust damage.

i have a 71 super cheyene i parted out looks like the same wheels that where on the truck i will check it out tomorrow

Can you take a pic of the backside? I have a few wheels like this but IIRC they had subtle differences I.E. rivets vs. welded center, slight offset variation.

Could you also measure offset you want?

Sorry, this is all I have right now. I was just looking for the stock 2WD truck wheel, not sure what the offset is.

Above is a 6" wheel, not a 7" - right? I need two 7's.

Maybe you should show a picture of the numbers stamped in the front of the rim to assure the wheels will be the same. Like this:

I just had a member PM me asking if these are correct and I need to check some wheels I have. But,I'd think that would be the best way to assure you get identical. Although,I've never noticed any visual difference in any 71-91 wheel of this type...other than width.

I actually plan to put mine back on just want new tires. Can't beat the steelie look in my opinion. I think my age may be starting to show

1585 is the first number.

These are my fronts, 15x6". Looking for 2 15x7's to match these for the rear.

I have 2 of these that are 4.5" backspacing. If they work for you, make me an offer.

***EDIT*** I see a difference in the center. I don't think the ones I have will hold a poverty cap.

Correct. The ones I need have 4 nubs or bumps for the center caps.

Sorry I was confused with all the talk about 7" inch wide rims. I thought they were all 6" wide...
