Triplus is a manufacturer, they don't deal directly with the public. Their bumpers ship with a warranty card that has the warranty and contact info on it. Or you can just contact the business you bought the bumpers from, and they can take care of it for you.

Thanks guys. I just wonder...if I do get these replaced, what if it happens again? I know they have a 5 year warranty but does that start all over with the replacements or is it from the original purchase date?

While they look fantastic when new (and for the first year or so), I think this may be a reoccuring thing. (just a feeling) Perhaps the chrome is a bit thin.

Guess I better start digging through the mountain of reciepts! :p

Now...if I could get replacements for the $30.00 taiwan door handles I bought that started pitting in a few months! Or the rubber fuel grommet that crazy cracked in a year.

Re: New Chrome bumpers - any difference?

same situation.
I want to replace the existing bumper. (bought the car with not original).
in Internet too many sellers and brands, it is very difficult to understand.
and do not want to make the wrong choice, because of the distance, I want to order a bumper delivery to Moscow.
would be difficult to send back if the bumper will not of good quality
