Or a car trailer to haul home my next 'Home Depot' truck? LOL !
I have found the most awesome shop right below my house. I called the guy today. It is a 3 bay garage with a brand new wheel lift in it, there is an area in the back for a paint booth. It is completely wired and plumbed for an auto shop, including air lines, etc. It would be the perfect place to buy, work on, and flip these old trucks. It's on a 1 acre lot, with 4 lane frontage. I called the guy about it today.
It is a block building, office up front .. SWEET place. I'll post a picture as soon as I can. 24x80. I seriously doubt I'll get it but I am considering it. I absolutely HATE my job, and I just don't know how much longer I can hang on. I love to paint and do body work, .. I could take on nothing but older stuff, cleaning and detailing with my Pop and just general flipping of these trucks as well as Camaros, etc. My Dad could sell ice to an Eskimo. It is possible .. but unlikely. Still, I'm pretty stoked about it. I would sell both my trucks to get into something like this. (just a new start)

That sounds like a great idea. There are very few people that are legit nowdays so if you could run a good business and develop a great reputation I am sure that you could make a ton of $$$$. Good luck Chad!!!
