thinking about trading ...
theres a guy down the street that has a 68' short bed (looks like its solid) that has been sitting for years i was thinking about selling off my newto me 95' dodge ram to buy the 68 i heard he wanted 4500 for it but its in pretty rough shape from what i can see dose anyone have any advice for me what would yall do ?

Is the Ram your only transportation? If yes, it may be a mistake. If no, and it is what you want, go for it! I love my '68!

i would love to show yall but...its in the mans back yard my bud urial talked to him he didnt sound to happy but i thought id atleast try Rough - The original paints faded its got crap all over it tons of stuff in the back a tarp half way put on it suspensions cut up

well i have a 71' c10 that runs but see i got the ram off my fire fighter 1 teacher ( im almost 17) an it was free so i dont really have a use for 2 trucks but i like the 67-68 front end no its not my only transportation but its new it runs good but im not a mopar man i was just wondering what yall would do ?

I'd pass on it then and keep the Ram. 4500 is a lot to pay for something that don't run

Keep the dodge and work on the 70. Better off having 2 vehicle's, especially since it was free to you. Which means you still have transportation to get more in-depth on your project and you can get things right before you spend more time driving it. On top of it, you never know when something is going to fail on the old one when you first start driving it.
