Question 68 Closed Knuckle to 72 Open Knuckle Conversion

I'm getting ready to start the conversion on my 68 K10. Can't seem to find what folks who have already done this, did about the brake lines. The connection at the frame is different. I need to have this project done over a weekend because this is currently my daily driver.

What is the solution for the different thread connection between the (68) closed knuckle brake lines and the (72) open knuckle brake lines?

When I converted my 69 front end to open knuckle I ended running all new hard lines from the master cylinder to new rubber hoses.
