Ignition lock cylinder

My lock cylinder is just spinning with the bezel. How to I remove the cylinder with out the bezel wanting to spin with it

Yes I do I've tried the paper clip trick but it still spins when I turn it

I'm not sure what you mean when you say it spins. Do you have the bezel unscrewed?

It's screwed in but when you turn the key the entire lock and bezel spins

The bezel is probably cross threaded then. They have a real fine thread on them and are really easy to cross thread. If the bezel is screwed on correctly the switch should be tight in the dash and should not move at all. Try unscrewing the bezel and re-doing it. Hold the switch tight against the back of the dash and make sure the bezel is square with the front of the dash while you are screwing it on. If it is screwed on crooked the lock cylinder will bind up and will not turn. If you can't get it tight you will have to have someone hold the switch under the dash while you remove the lock cylinder.

Reach under the dash and hold the ignition&try the paper clip method once again should work just stay with it. hope this helps you. cheers, Pat
