Couldn't find 68 front clip/peices

I got a 69, retired due to rust, so I got a new cab.... Turns out to be a 68 cab. Now the intention is to retain the vin, got it with a straight frame numbers to match, so thinking of getting a bonded title here in texas. Now I am stuck with the 68 had brake cab ( which I am going to move to the floor between bucket seats) and a 69 front clip :/.
Heres what I have.
New 69-72 front fenders,
69-72 hood without emblem holes
70 front grill very close to 69',
And cut the headlight bases off the rotten radiator support as I do have the 68 support.
I am willing to trade parts whatnot... Fenders are New. I prefer the newer frontend but then again If registered as a 68, I dont wan't to have to explain why it looks like a 69 . ( Had to do this before with a GMC emblem on a peiced together truck) In the end they didn't care, I just like to keep things simple. Also others would think I am backwards to want the newer front end... I do like it better though

Well fitted my 69 front on my truck to see how it looks, sticking with it as i am putting a late model bed, so i guess for what it is on the 68, is what i want anyway,

sounds like a plan....if it all fits and you like it, and you already have all the stuff to do it with....than all you have to do is build your self a great truck...and have fun with it...
