Rear Cab Speakers
I wanted to put some 4" speakers in the rear of my cab and this is how I got it done.
I cut out a 6" diameter piece of Kydex plastic, heated it up, and pressed it into shape. Hot glued a plywood ring with dowels, hot glued a thin t-shirt to the assembly, and then covered it in resin. Some bondo and Fleck Stone paint to finish. The fit is very nice.
