what is this

Goes above the neutral switch that has one plug with three wires. I believe a red green and black.

I hear mine clicking all the time and its quite annoying.

Well I'm not sure but that sounds like the horn relay...does the horn work?

Yup, horn relay. If your horn is hooked up and good it should honk every time you hear a click. My guess would be that you have a short in your steering wheel horn components.

Thank you guys. Its funny you say that because I had disconnect my horn because it would go off randomly. So ill take a look into that.

Had the screw that holds the turn signal lever down in the collum back out and
would ground the horn and cause it to blow off and on, took the steering wheel off tighten the screw and no more problems.
