I HATE THE POST OFFICE!! Att. 67cst

I got your light in today(yeah right).....Well i got the envelope anyway.they had it in a plastic bag and that was all it was..just the envelope!!!!!It said on the back that they were SORRY for the damage.Who would think that you would have to insure a glovebox light??Just glad you got the truck ok....lol.Thanx for trying 67cst,thought you might check with some others that were late in getting the lights, maybe someone at the post office has use for the lights too.......lol.

a glovebox light in a regular envolope?? poor packing in my opinion. ship it by priority mail for $3.85 and the post office will give you a box for free

I bet it got ripped up in the machine that cancelles the stamp. I have been at the post office everyday this week and they have a sign I've looked at but never read, that says something about new regulations about mail that must be hand stamped.

Or...they ripped it open after the x-ray machine detected electrical wires

I would not blame the post office on that one. That was ripped open by one of the machines that was designed to sort "letter" envolopes.

You don't need to spen $3.85 for the priority mail. You just need a padded envolope and pay the first class postage. Which I would guess would be about $1.

A little piece of advice to those of you that have paid Priority Mail for a 37 cent letter. You are wasting your money. Anything under 1 lbs and sent first class, is treated exactly the same as Priority Mail. It is a marketing ploy. Don't waste your money and just pay for 1st class under 1 lbs.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is #1, i plan on making it right. just dont think that some comments should be made when the person making them doesnt have anything to do with the sale.

Insurance thru the postal service is no good either.

Tried putting a claim in on a $150 collectible, wouldn't pay off. Now I'm sitting on a $10 collectible.
