5.00 dollar battery tray rebuild.
1- Early 90's bone yard battery tray. 2- Cut off lower bracket and small side tab. 3- Remove whats left of your old tray, in my case it took 15 minutes. 4- Line up new tray and mark location of holes. 5- Drill 4 - 1/4 holes on both sides of new tray. 6- Line up new tray, plug weld holes, flap wheel excess weld. 7- Paint. I did not remove the tray brackets, it made it easier to remove the old rusted tray as well as keep everything square for the new tray. Total job time was about 35 minutes. Happy wrenching! ![]() |

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |
