Sbc 400

Complete carb to pan small block 400. It is missing the flywheel and an exhaust manifold though. Block # 39551509 is supposed to be most desireable. $300 obo

400 small blocks are awesome...my dad has a 406 that may find its way into my 72 Burb C20 some day (w/ 3 on the tree and 4.10 gears).

if it is cross drilled (check cyl head also, GM liked to use up old inventory) then yes you have the most desirable one.

as for the missing exhaust manifold, best bet is to just use the 67-72 small block units for proper fit anyway. i don't believe the "mouse" 400 came in trucks until some time after 1972.
