pictures of progress on 71sixers truck
quite a bit different from the 250 I6 and three on the tree....
now a 496 with over 600 hp and a th350.... This is my sons truck, the engine and transmission and rear end was built by us. tell us what ya think! |

I think the boy did a good job for only 24 years old....He did 90% of the work, I just helped when needed two people.... |

Beautiful. I think you might wanna upgrade the manual brakes next, might be tough controlling those 600 horses without it

There is not much on the truck that isn't either new or re-built....total suspension...you name it. This thing rides great at 70 MPH, rear gear is 3.42 BTW, don't you control 600 horses with the gas pedal? LOL |

Just want to thank my dad (fattyarbuckle) and brother for helping out on the project!! Now I just need to get my dad to come to his senses and sell the 'vette and buy a truck so I can have another one to work on..! |
