That's why i always suggest some epoxy primer , and not the rattle can. Rattle can will look good for about 2 weeks if you are lucky, but if you had rust it will come back. I just never have any good luck with the rattle can primer. Even if you sandblast IT will come back.
Automotive primer(2 componenT) is what you will want to use. I have a car with some right now, and has not rusted in 5 years(long project). |
