3/4 ton drop

How does a 3/4 ton differ from a 1/2 as far as lowering goes? I want to find a 3/4 ton long bed, cut out a section of frame and put a short bed on it (cheaper than buying an actual shortbed truck). Anything special I need to know?

To the top. Basically so if your thread gets moved down the list, other people will be able to see it.

Re: 3/4 ton drop

Coils or leafs?

I dropped my 68 3/4 (coil spring) pretty easily

If you use ECEs "super track bar"you will need to cut your old track bar mounts off of the axle as well as slightly bending the bar but there was nothing else unusual.....

If you're bagging or have .ear springs I don't know anything about them
