1/2 ton suburban body on 3/4 ton suburban frame

thinking about mounting my 1979 1/2 ton body on a 1978 3/4 ton frame will this be a clean swap or am i looking at a bunch of mods. How about a book on GM frames and body parts what fits what anybody seen one of those out there.

The two should fit as long as there both burbs idk I truck frames are the same as burbs but should be a direct swap unless te frame is an 81+ there sligtly different

It will bolt right up, no problems at all. Make sure the transmissions are the same, or you may have to mess with linkage. Other than that, it's plug and play.
