4l60e won't down shift

I just typed an entire description and damn iPad for some lost it, so $&!?&$??

I have read 100 post about this but I'm sure there's is a guru that can help
I have replaced all 4 solenoids. 1-2, 2-3, and other front 2. I haven't replanced the converted lock out yet and don't think I need to. I can shift manually between 2-3 but no 1st or OD. I'm getting codes of cylinder 4 misfire, random misfires, and shift solenoid 1-2.
Tps switch??? I'm gonna check next. Please input ideas. I can monitor timing advance etc etc. I know there was a motor swap, so I was told. And vin coming up on scanner doesn't match truck badge. Seems to run fine and no slipping. Pan, filter, and tranny oil all look and smell good. I'm really leaning to electrical?..
Help!?

Re: 4l60e won't down shift

It's a 98 Chevy z71 , supposedly engine out of 98 GMC Yukon. The more I read it seems to be PCM (ECM) issues VIN don't match etc...

Re: 4l60e won't down shift

Id check the harness going to the trans, maybe wires go pinched with the engine swap.

Re: 4l60e won't down shift

It works and runs fine with codes cleared, till it hits overdrive. A few seconds its fine the drops to 3 rd and throws code. While driving I can clear again and it shifts back to OD ... Few seconds it codes and drops to 3rd. At very low spread or idle its fine

Re: 4l60e won't down shift

Had one that was doing something similar and it was the O ring on the lock up solenoid letting pressure by.
