dash illumination question

Having a senior moment here and I can't remember if the Heater/Temp/Fan/Defrost controls should be illuminated on my 1972 Blazer.
Pretty sure they do NOT on the non-AC trucks but do on the AC version. Would like confirmation that I do not have burnt bulbs I should be chasing down.
Also confirm that AMFM radio only illuminates if the radio is on.
Thanks.

Re: dash illumination question

There is one bulb on the left hand side of the heater controller behind the white letters. Yours may just be burned out.

Re: dash illumination question

The replacemant bulb, # 57, G4.5 BA9s(3 watt) appears overly bright; I do not want to over heat and damage the housing area.

Is there a Bulb chart for the Blazer that shows what bulb should be in there?
Does anyone know the specifc bulb number?
Correct bulb is #53
Thanks
