looking to buy a after market radiator looking
Hey guys time to get get rid of the leaky single core radiator in the the truck. In my build i have a chevy 350 engine and turbo 400 transmission.and have installed a trans cooler that i will also update.I have been checking around the usa i live in canada.the prices are much better in the usa.I want a three core aluminum rad that will just install like the stock unit.i found a couple online but the dimensions seem to be off.If somebody could lead me to a good radiator company or autoparts store that is priced right i would appreciate.thanks inadvance.

Check this company out on ebay.. THis is the one I was looking at. They build custom ones too they may not be listed.
Here is their office contact info. Tyler - office (714) 225-4445 Several people here have bought one from here and I plan to whenever mine goes. They are in California. http://www.ebay.com/itm/251104791967...84.m1438.l2649

Re: looking to buy a after market radiator looking
i bought a champion economy series $140 shipped. works great never had a heat issue. there are 2 issues i found when istalling. 1st the upper tank is just slightly thicker than stock; i just took the rubbers to my wire wheel and shaved the down 1/16". 2nd the pet cock sits right over the inside of the frame rail; i took a large creseant wrench to the open side of the frame where the pet cock would sit and slightly bent it down. i didnt find out the pet cock issue until i had already filled the rad with coolant, just trying to give you a heads up.

I used a $129 rad from Speedway Motors, made a schroud and the truck runs at 180 all the time.
