Old Air Products A/C system

I have an old air products 7200 truck specific system I bought and never installed. It uses 134a refrigerant (sanden compressor) and has a/c, heat, and defrost provisions. If I remember correctly the only thing is it uses the factory a/c controls or an electronic controller to operate it that I have not purchased. Asking $800. Questions? You can text 337-246-1228. Thanks

The model number is 7200. It uses the factory vents in dash. There is a template to cut the dash to convert a none a/c cab

Re: Old Air Products A/C system

7200 must be the series number. It looks like the picture that comes up for the 7201, but the one I have uses factory a/c vents. It's a complete kit I bought from brothers, made by old air, and never installed. Been in my closet and decide I wasn't gonna use it. Thanks

Re: Old Air Products A/C system

I'm going to have to pass since there will be no warranty. Called old air and they said the kit you have (based on the part number you gave me on the one box) is for a truck w/out factory air conditioning and is made to work with stock heater controls. Hope that helps your sale.

Re: Old Air Products A/C system

VA72C10 has passed on the kit. He called old air and found that it uses factory heater controls to control it. Thanks

Re: Old Air Products A/C system

I put one of their sytems in a 71 GMC about 20 years ago,and it worked very well. I suspect they have improved on the design since then.
