My First Project
My first project is my 70 c10 FS that was given to me by my Dad. Growing up around old cars and all I can't believe it took till I was almost 39 to have my own project. My first step was rebuilding the 307 in it. Before anyone asks "why the 307 and not a 350" it's because it was here in it and running but needed an overhaul. Now it runs like a new one. My plans are to "Rat" it out. I'm limited on budget and will work on it when I can. Next step is new heater core but in Florida it's not a rush. I did redo the tag that was on the front. Gave it a rat look to match.

Re: My First Project
Thanks Guys! Just went to Carlise swapmeet and show in Zepherhills Fl. on Sunday. Picked up some beauty rings for $30 and 3 guages Temp,Oil,Volts for $20 Gonna install in my stock bezel. I have a bezel for the extra guages but my speedo and Fuel won't fit in it right. So to save money gonna use hole saw and cut three in my stock. I didn't need 4 extra holes anyways.

Re: My First Project
Put my gauges in my stock bezel today. Everything went in pretty easy. Next is a fuel pressure regulator to stop my new fuel pump from flooding my 2bbl carb.
