Don't Give Up !
I have asked about this 71 GMC Custom since 1991, bought new by the owner of a local furniture store to use when he was not driving his Cadillac. I promised my wife I would not touch a thing other than to get it road worthy

Cool old truck! Those are factory mirrors. I forget the option code,though. They were also available as accessories.
