Bedside

Im about to buy a replacement bedside. This is all new to me so my question is does it just unbolt. Or do i have to cut it at all??

Bedsides are bolt on. There may be a small weld at he front where it joins the front panel and at the back where it meets the floor. Neither are a problem.
