I have a set of upper 4 core brackets if that helps with useable rubber inserts. $18 shipped Parcel Post.

Not at this time I don't. When I converted my truck to a 4 row I found two sets of uppers and no good lowers. Drilled off the lower retainers from the mounts and bolted them to the radiator support, worked fine.
