WTB - factory radio brackets

I need the brackets to mount the factory stereo in the dash. I was told there are 3 total brackets for the radio? Also do the radio brackets mount to speaker bracket? Thanks

Re: WTB - factory radio brackets

There are 4 brackets total in a set, one on radio and a "L" bracket that goes up to the mount that goes on cab and then the one speaker bracket

The one that goes one the radio is the hardest to find IMO. Let me know if blessedfind doesn't have what you need.

Re: WTB - factory radio brackets

Will look later this morning, think I have two of the brackets. One that bolts to the firewall and the speaker bracket. Could probably make the " L " bracket from a piece of metal. It supports the back of the radio/weight and mounts to the firewall bracket. Yours for " FREEBIE " style just pay the shipping which can't be much. Just paying it forward for when I installed my AM/FM truck radio and could not find the brackets I needed. Now I have these extras, LOL.

Great sounds good I do have this part which I think is part of the speaker bracket. If you have any other brackets and I can pay shipping only for them that would be great. Thanks !

Re: WTB - factory radio brackets

Found the firewall bracket. The picture you show is the radio speaker bracket that " clips " to the speaker magnet. Do you have the speaker? If not, I would recommend trying www.turnswitch.com for your replacement speaker. I got my speaker from them when I installed my factory AM/FM and am very happy with it. Better than having an old one reconed in my opinion. Can do a pic of the firewall bracket if needed, don't have one right now or do a searc for " radio brackets " to see what it looks like. As I said it's a FREEBIE. PM me your mailing address and I will send it out free gratious on the shipping. Again, just paying it forward from a couple board members who've helped me out in the past. If someone can post a pic of the " L " bracket with measurements it would be easy to fab up.

There was a pic of all the brackets on that one thread of mine when you asked about them.

Re: WTB - factory radio brackets

Are all the holes and anything necessary to use these brackets to mount a radio and speaker present on a radio delete truck? If so, I'd also be interested in a set of 4 brackets so I can look at adding a radio to my truck.

Re: WTB - factory radio brackets

Does anyone have a diagram of how all these radio brackets and speaker brackets piece together when installing it under the dash? Are they the same for am radio and am/fm radio. A diagram or pic will help. Thanks
