slipping!

Hi guys,

the other day i was driving up a good hill for about a mile and i felt my trans slip a few times, it was a felt like a few back and forths! What should be my next step ?

I was about to change the fluid have everything in my garage to do it. Should i do that or check something else. Car has 193k on it and has been about 65k miles and 3 and half years since it was rebuilt.
