seat cover question

I bought a set of covers for a bench seat. These came with hog rings. The rings worked very well for the back of the seat, but the bottom of the seat has metal channels and the old covers were held on by spring clips that held the fabric in the channels. I can't see how hog rings could work. Does anyone know where to get the spring clips from ?

did the clips look like a opened up paper clip? If so you can make them out of peices of coat hangers.

Corvette seat covers are attached with the paper clip things and you can get them fron mid america.

No, they are like a "U" in section and about 1/2 inch long. I could believe that I have the only truck on the face of the planet whose seat needs these clips !

I recently installed a new seat cover and used the hog rings everywhere. There should be a small metal rod u run thru the seat cover in all locations u put hogrings. Go to Brothers website-they have step by step instructions with pics. hth
