column issue
i have a 70 with a non tilting column, and i have some issues... my shifter (th350 on the column) is stiff into park, and sometimes wont go below Drive... any ideas?

if you disconnect it from the transmission, will it do the same thing? will the transmission shift fine disconnected?

well the column is fine when unhooked and the tranny is pretty easy to shift when its not hooked to the column

i dont think its a lube issue... i was thinking that a bushing in the column may be bad?

could be, could also be the linkages getting into a bind somehow
